TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT: Excluding account customers, Cash, Business Checque or Bank Transfer on delivery or by personal checque (7) days prior to delivery.
DEPOSIT: A 30% deposit is payable on acceptance of an order. In the case of default by the customer, EMJESS may retain the deposit as liquidated damages.
GST: All goods are subject to GST (10%), advertised pricing is Excluding GST
DELIVERY: Unless otherwise stipulated, all prices are quoted for delivery ex factory
STORAGE: Orders required on a specific date and not delivered within fourteen (14) days of that date, may incur storage charges ($20.00m3 per week)
VARIATIONS: Where variations are required, these must be in writing, with written confirmation of price variation.
CANCELLATION: Cancellations are accepted only if payment of the cost of goods, labour and material expended to date of cancellation plus an administrative charge of 10% are paid on that date
RETENTION: EMJESS retains ownership of all goods until payment is received. Full legal ownership and title in goods delivered by EMJESS to the purchaser is only transferred to the purchaser when latter has been paid in full ALL MONIES whatsoever due.
FABRICS: Products displayed and indicated by price in this catalogue are Category A Fabrics, all other fabrics are P.O.A
